She was the top most actress in Bollywood and she will be ruling the charts again very soon. Freida Pinto was never appreciated in India. Slumdog Millionaire was a big flop in India. It's just that after getting nominated in Oscars and winning most of the nominations, that Slumdog Millionaire became a big thing. But ask Indians about it and they all say Slumdog Millionaire was awful movie to watch. So basically i am trying tio point out that Freida Pinto is one night stand for Hollywood.
