Tabu’s fans find her sensuous despite the actress sometimes playing non-glamorous as in “The Namesake”. The two-time national award winner is happy with the tag.

On being asked about the “sensuous” tag given to her by fans, Tabu said: “I am happy being called hot and sensuous.”

Unlike her colleagues, who undergo gruelling workout sessions and follow strict diet plans to stay fit, Tabu doesn’t do any such thing.

“I don’t believe in dieting and gymming,” the 39-year-old told. She, however, refused to reveal her fitness mantra, insisting: “It’s a secret.”

After a three-year career hiatus, Tabu returns to the big screen with the comedy “Toh Baat Pakki” that released Friday.

Last seen in the unconventional love story “Cheeni Kum” (2007) with superstar Amitabh Bachchan, in “Toh Baat Pakki”, she has teamed up with a younger lot – Sharman Joshi, Vatsal Seth and Yuvika Chaudhary.

“It was great fun working with Sharman, Vatsal and Yuvika. Moreover, since it is a fun film, the whole atmosphere on the sets made the shooting enjoyable,” she said.

“Toh Baat Pakki” is about a middle class woman Rajeshwari (Tabu), who is obsessed with getting her younger sister Nisha (Yuvika) married to a well-settled boy. How the choice of groom oscillates from Rahul (Sharman) to Yuvraaj (Vatsal) and vice versa forms the story.

Katrina Kaif is nursing a rare love these days. The stunner, who is yet to get her Hindi dialect right, is already leaping across other languages as she has fallen in love with the various Indian regional dialects.

After confessing her fascination for Bhojpuri, the foreign raised beauty is now gearing up to mouth some traditional Punjabi lines.

Surprised? Well you are bound to be. Story goes that Katrina, who has often been flaked for her anglicized Hindi, is going all out to prove her critics wrong.

And the stunner plans to do this by not only speaking Hindi perfectly but also other languages like Bhojpuri and Punjabi.

Confirming the news a source said, “Katrina is very serious about her pronunciations. She will be seen speaking traditional Punjabi in her upcoming movies. She will be assisted by her co-stars for the same.”

As for who will Kat turn to learn Punjabi, is a matter worth observing. Nevertheless with actors like Ranbir Kapoor and Akshay Kumar, we doubt if Kat will be short of options.

The sixty seven year old icon of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan had seriously injured himself while doing a difficult stunt during the shoot of his film ‘Teen Patti’.

Reportedly, Amitabh attempted to do the action by himself without taking the help of the German action-director Armin Sauer.

It was that scene where Amitabh had to hold on to the front windshield while the car raced a few hundred meters before braking to a stop abruptly and throwing him on the road. In the set of ‘Teen Patti’.

The expert action-director of German Sauer was also present and wanted to go along with him during the critical stunt. However, Sauer was stopped by Amitabh for he wanted to show his caliber in carrying out his stunt all alone.

Consequently, when the action was rolled Amitabh unable to bear the force of the speeding car that hit his car, eventually was thrown out of his car and injured himself badly.

Amitabh is very much engrossed in his character Venkat Subramaniam and has performed all his stunt by himself according to the director Leena Yadav. The director Yadav stated, “He took all the precautions to ensure that Amitji didn’t suffer even a scratch,”

According to sources report Sauer wanted to go with Bachchan’s duplicate but the veteran actor insisted to do the shot himself and had ensured the Gernan director that he will be absolutely be fine without him. Even refused the security of wireworks and cables and gave a perfect first take. Sauer was amazed to see Amitabh’s dedication towards his work and stated, “Professional, committed actor who’s still keen to improve every day despite being in the business for decades.”

Really hats off for this veteran actor who is still open to experiments disregarding his age!

We are sure that after reading this, all of you are going to immediately jam up the twitter server by logging onto it. But for the impatient ones, here’s what Hrithik has to say (an insight) which includes his favorite health supplements and a few exercises, that will keep your entire body in trim shape!

If you are a regular on his tweets, you will not be surprised if we call him Dr. Hrithik! But for the uninitiated lot, Hrithik has been giving health and fitness tips on Twitter. Sample this: *

  • Tone ur thigh muscles.
  • High reps low weight. Cardio, diet, n u should see results. If not- TRY HARDER!
  • Whether 2 lose weight or gain muscle-get good sleep!
  • Days when u just can’t get yourself to workout, you are free not to. BUT GET URSELF TO THE GYM FIRST and decide THERE!!
  • Run / walk (flat n incline) 1min each alternating, totally for max 15mins is good enough! My target-700cals per w/o (cardio+ weights)
  • Don’t forget legs- large muscle- promotes testosterone which helps increase overall muscle mass. RUN/walk when u can for cardio!
  • My fav supplements-vit C, multivitamin, antioxidant, L-glutamine, omega 3 (never 6), creatine (only to bulk 4 short periods)
  • Consistency is paramount! Keep changing your w/o everyday. Do something different, anything! Every time u get tired, do one more last set
  • Don’t forget to stretch/warm up! Don’t lift too heavy. Min 8 reps per set. Keep w/o’s short n intense 45min max…

Hrithik states that ‘Body doesn’t grow in the GYM, it grows while you rest! He also adds that one need not splurge on protein supplements, since they are great if they are used in the right amount. Well, this Greek God personified also makes it a point to advice the ‘grass root level basic mantra’ of all times: Water! He validates this advice stating that it is water which is probably the only alkaline food in our diet!

Deepika Padukone, the sizzling hot sexy bombshell of bollywood who plays lead in upcoming “Karthik Calling Karthik” opposite Farhan Akhtar, is not satisfied with doing only commercial flicks and wants to work with ace director Madhur Bhandarkar in the sequel of “Corporate”. Even as she is busy promoting her latest offering Karthik Calling Karthik with Farhan Akhtar, another rumour has broken out that she is working with Madhur Bhandarkar. Deepika rubbished the reports that she is acting in Madhur’s next film, which is a sequel to the film Corporate.

However, she said that she would love to work in his film. She added that she was very much aware of the rumours.

He is one director she would love to work with, provided he comes with an interesting script. Will Madhur come with a script to Deepika, now that she has spoken out loud and clear that she would love to work with him? Madhur has to take the final call!
