After starring in J.P. Dutta’s 2000 drama “Refugee” with Abhishek Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor longs to work with the popular actor again.

Off-screen, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek might be considered one of Bollywood’s cutest couple. But when it comes to on-screen chemistry, Kareena thinks she and Abhi make the perfect pair! The B-town beauty recently said that she would love to make another movie with.

The “Dostana” star, and we have to admit it has been a while! “If a producer was to cast Abhishek and me together. I would definitely be happy,” Kareena recently told reporters according to The Times of India. It’s a shame that Abhi has been busy shooting “Raavan” with his wife, Ash and hasn’t thought of hooking up with the “Kurbaan” star on the silver screen again. But that doesn’t mean that the two Bollywood big shots won’t work on a movie together.

In the near future so fans can keep hoping! “Refugee” tells the story of Manzur Ahmed, a man who lives in Bihar, India but who decides to move to East Pakistan in 1948. When his family reaches Bhuj near the Pakistani border they are helped by a cold hearted man known as Refugee, played by Abhi. He helps them get to Pakistan. Refugee is also involved in refugee trafficking, but when he falls in love with Nazneen, played by Bebo, he changes attitude. Unfortunately, Nazneen has been promised to a Pakistani man.

The heart-breaking story seems to have Kareena longing for more on-screen time with Abhishek. Maybe she is tired of working with her own boyfriend, Saif Ali Khan? The two co-starred in “Kurbaan,” a movie that tells the story of an undercover terrorist, played by Saif and his wife, played by Kareena. Saif Ali Khan’s character becomes a suave gentleman to hide his cover as a terrorist. We sure hope for another Abhi and Bebo

Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachan will play the lead role in multi-million film “Tansen”.

Rumour has it that Aishwarya Rai will be seen acting with her ex-boyfriend Vivek Oberoi once again in this film.

After Kyun Ho Gaya Na, both of them will be seen together after a long gap. This impossible task might be done by Satish Kaushik for his new film “Tansen”. So if Aish and Abhishek are paired opposite each other, what role is offered to Vivek?

The film’s plot seems to be interesting or at least for its star cast it will be controversial. The film’s shooting is set to begin in the middle of June preferably in a foreign location.

Abhishek Bachchan, one of the most sought after stars in Bollywood, washed dishes at the Golden Temple in Amritsar as part of his kar seva. At the Golden Temple, the actor did Kar Seva by cleaning up the temple premises and washing the dishes. According to tradition and belief, by doing manual work, it is a pure devotion to God. It is considered extremely sacred to help there.

Abhishek was in Amritsar with his sister Shweta Nanda. They visited three prominent gurdwaras. “Abhishek did some kar seva by cleaning up the premise, and washing the dishes at the ‘langar’ (in the Golden Temple). There were two other prominent gurdwaras that they visited,” Amitabh wrote on his blog. He is happy to see the religious side of his children.

“It is always such a joy to see children putting their minds to faith and devotion. Nothing would give me greater joy and nothing I believe could be better than their achievement in belief and prayer,” he added.

Abhishek, who visited Amritsar for the shooting of his reality show “Bingo”, also posted a message on his Twitter page saying: “Went to the Golden Temple at 3 in the morning. Did seva for about an hour, then just sat there listening to the kirtan.”

Abhishek Bachchan lashed out at a local news paper for publishing a report which said that his wife, Aishwarya, had been trying to conceive but was unable to owing to Stomach Tuberculosis. The report said the star couple had to postpone their plans for a child till she completed her treatment for the same.

The newspaper report said, “According to a close family friend, though outwardly the family may have taken the when-it-happens-it-will-happen stand, but within, there’s a very ardent desire to have an heir for the family as soon as possible”.

Using social networking site Twitter, Abhishek Bachchan slammed the newspaper and tweeted “The article is disgusting and appalling! As a husband and a man I am shocked that one can talk so irresponsibly about a woman.”

The actor also said that he will not take stuff like this especially against the ladies of his family. He also tweets, I have immense respect for the media. They are the opinion makers of a nation, our conscience. THEY MUST BE RESPONSIBLE!!!”

Junior B felt that “apart from the fact that they have written so irresponsibly about a woman let alone my wife. My issue is when will all this kind of journalism end?”

“Aishwarya is fine now and back to work shooting for Action Replay,” he wrote on the Twitter.

Meanwhile, Big B, too, had some bitter remarks for the paper on his blog site.

On her part, Aishwarya Rai wrote a letter of denial to the newspaper, which was ‘partially printed’. She wrote that she was very shocked, appalled and extremely upset with the contents and she totally denied the report saying it was totally fabricated and false.
